3. PURCHASER REPRESENTATIONS
By purchasing an RUO product from Lucere Peptides, you represent and warrant that:

You understand that the product is sold for Research Use Only;
You will not use, administer, consume, inject, or otherwise introduce the product into a human or animal;
You will not use the product for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or other clinical purposes;
You will handle, store, and use the product appropriately for its intended research application;
You possess the knowledge, facilities, procedures, and safeguards appropriate for the research you intend to conduct, where applicable;
Your purchase, possession, handling, and use of the product comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
You will not resell, relabel, market, or distribute the product for a prohibited use.
Lucere Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that a product may be purchased or used inconsistently with its designated research purpose or applicable law.

7. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. Lucere Peptides reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of:

Suspected fraud;
Payment issues;

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payments are processed using payment services made available through Squarespace and/or third-party payment processors.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Lucere Peptides currently ships to eligible destinations within the United States.
